1 unique Product Designer = You. 1 million unique invoices = 1 million unique IBANs
Do you hate dinosaur banks? Good - we do, too. Keep reading. Here’s our reason: the tech to make payments instant, cheap and actually built for people already exists. Banks have it. They just don't use it for the ordinary person. As a neobank for gig-economy and payment methods, our mission is to make SEPA payments cheap, fast and programmatic for humans and robots. And everything executed with an effortless UX we already get from tapping a card, but brought to account-to-account payments. We are not just another fintech company. We’re building something hard and uncommon. The kind of product people assume only big companies with big floors and bigger committees get to build. We see the fintech industry as a giant box of Lego: the pieces are all there and we are here to build them into something people actually love using. That takes the right people, not the most people. We're small, fast and allergic to corporate fintech theater. If that sounds terrifying, this isn't for you. If it sounds like Tuesday, keep reading.
Our clients trust us with something they trust almost no one with: their money. That's the whole job. Not "make it pretty", but make it feel safe, obvious and calm at the exact moment someone is about to move their money, approve a payment or trust a number on a screen. In fintech, a confusing button isn't a bad UX metric. It's a person deciding we're not worth it. We need a UX Obsessed Product Designer who feels that weight and gets a little obsessed with getting it right. Someone who's designed a product from zero to a million users and knows the difference between a UI that looks good and UI that actually makes the product work. Someone who can look at a problem and know whether it's a standalone feature, a fix to an existing flow or an entire product hiding behind a feature request and designs accordingly.
You'll own product design end-to-end. Not "hand off wireframes." Own it.
Bonus points: you've designed for fintech, banking, payments or investing before, or you're just genuinely curious about money and how people relate to it. If you've never worked in finance but you obsess over craft and clarity, still talk to us. We can teach the domain. We can't teach caring.
